We capture multiple views of key areas in the home such as the kitchen, living room, as well as the master bedroom and bath. To enhance the photograph’s appeal, we will add flames to the fireplaces and lovely scenic to television screens and “window pulls” which create a transparency capturing a perfectly exposed view bringing the outside indoors.

Outdoors, we start with capturing the important “Street View”, typically the lead shot in the MLS. Using our in-house, by-the-minute, sun tracking program, we can schedule your photo shoot to ensure optimal lighting. Our editing techniques include sky replacement, digital lawn greening, and other enhancements as needed. We purpose to show not only the property but also convey a desired lifestyle by highlighting premier features and amenities.
